Future of the server.

At the moment i hardly have any time to work on the server. Work + prep. for moving in the nearest future + prep. for having a child soon.

Alot of stuff that is more important than the server is taking its toll on my free time.

I have decided to make a poll and see what people think.

I can.

Shut it down since i have no time for it there wont be new stuff added and i cant say when i will start working on it again.

It will be shut down anyway when i move untill i get settled at the new place. Dont know when this will be.

Server seem deserted atm. So it probably wont affect alot of people.

Or i can.

Keep it up and let people play with no support etc. (I will check the forum out once in a wile and restart the server etc.)

Lets hear what you guys think.

I'm sure you are already well aware of my opinion on this matter. I would hate for the server to go down. I would prefer to play the server with no support then not be able to play at all. But that is just my opinion.

Server close would be better, and take care of your real life, is more important, a server without support is not so good, if you have time you can bring it back to running with new stuff, I thank you for the time you sacrificed for us,

a tip still at the edge, should perhaps still set a second gm

I am with him, I love this server, I would rather play it without support than not play it at all.

I also agree that a second GM could do some good and helps a bit.

To other players:
If the server does get shut down, what servers do you all play on? lol I usually stick near D2 server. I do not know what other server to play on for this kind of entertainment, so many different classes to try, so many different specs and all. Plus Custom servers are the bomb.

And hey, throwing it out there, any chance I could get a copy of the DB and files? if it shuts down, I can at least play solo on the server offline haha

I agree that if you get a second GM then there would be enough support on the server to keep it up and running. And what ever the gm can't fix. Then the GM can make a list and send it to you. Then that stuff can be worked on when ever you have time. Just need to find someone you can trust

I would submit a GM application, but I don't want to kill the fun of this server for myself lol NOT kill the server, but just wouldn't be as fun for me to play.

I vote for wicurcyn for Demi-GM... Like a Demi-god, not a full GOD, but half of one lol. just enough to assist players, and as said, create a list of things that need to be done.
