The 2 procs reapers get (one offensive and one defensive) need some tuning. First the offensive proc buff, it delves 4k dam, but when tested I auto attacked test dummy for 10-15 min, during that time it went of 1 time (for around 10k dam). Now this is some nice dam but think the dam should be lowered and proc chance increased, since that .2% - .5% chance is not even worth having that buff in the first place, even if it's a 1 hit attack (that can get resisted, since it's a spell). I haven't tested the defensive proc yet, but it delves for 900 dam so I'm sure that'll nearly 1 shot someone if they even have the hp to live (900 delve proc would prob be around 2.5k-3.5k dam).
