Subject: Heal Proc on Marksman Sat May 11, 2013 10:30 pm
I was fighting a marksman with a heal proc on his bow. He decided to use his rapid fire thing where he shoots a ton of arrows and he instantly went from half health to full health because of the amount of times that his heal proc... proced. It was ridiculous.

agreed proc rates on bows need to be reduced, not removed.
