Patch 9.1

- WitchHunter added.

- Xbow transmogrifier added.

- Thidranki mobs will be charmable by minstrel.


- Added Weapon Transmogrification NPC's to the Ancient Lands Zone. (Report bugs or models you feel are missing)
--  These npcs can change your weapon skin for a hefty price.

- Minstrel should have access to more weapons.

noticed a few named mobs in the Ancient Lands hit for crazy damage even against fully geared/buffed Juggernaut. Sometimes the Trader mob you have to kill for the quest hits for around 2k. Others were nuking me for 2-3k damage.

I need names on the mobs. To see if they are overtuned.

I havent seen anyone complain about the trader but i will check him out
