Account Problem

I was playing on server and had huge lag problem that im sure u have heard about. What my problem is, is that when i ported out of Avalon CIty during this lag problem i got kicked to the character selection screen. Tried logging my character back in and it would just go back to character selection screen. So i quit game and tried to reload and it keeps telling me that my account is already logged in. Is there anyway u can fix this? I really have been enjoying playing on Antebellum as i have just returned to it after a good while off. Thanks in advance for any help u can give me.
