On restart with extremely low population: Bonus

Greetings,

Upon restart, the server is dead. I suggest a bonus in exp/rp/gold for mob and rvr kills for a period of time just after each restart to keep players from staying offline after the reboot. Accellerate the reward briefly, make the first people logged on a little more $$ or whatever for being loyal and working on their computer monitor suntans. Eden did this, and it was nice.

Dont have such a script and dunno how to do that :/ But if you come by the working script i wouldnt mind adding it
