troubling times quest

I changed the location of the npc.

I think you can continue the quest chain even though i changed the quest text.

Here is the new quest text to find her.

Find and interrogate Heriet Goldrad she was last seen in the crypts under the church of Camelot.

You cant get to thid. I will fix the location of this guy. And change the quest info. I will post in patch notes when its fixed and then you probably need to dismis the quest and take it again.
