Server Patch 30-07-2018

- Marksman damage reverted back to original damage. Was set way to high. Thanks for reporting it. (Damage will change when server restarts or the marksmen relog.)

Ancient buffer needs fixed! Ever since yesterday, it began saying that it's not implemented for some reason.
Shielding pillar in the spec line of Light Bringer Support needs looked at! When you cast them, all they do is steadily cast but nothing happens. Not sure if it's intended to be this way or not.
They also have way to many specialization points! I got all 3 spec lines maxed at 50 and still got 2328 specialization points to spend!

Morrigan in city of camelot is friendly and not attackable! Same goes for Netrostrazah outside of mularn!

Yea i disabled it through a quick and dirty way. People allready got the base buffs passive. Double buffing is to much.

Will adjust spec points.

The pillars will be put on my todo list. (its long)
