Item con/repair/durability

I feel items degrade far too quickly. Ice hell and pulsing blood armor, legendary orb weapons. A few hours getting hit in pve degraded my ice hell gear to 91%, one repair putting it down to 93% durability. Requesting higher end armor (anything server-specific above darkspire) have it's con drastically increased to prevent it's destruction.

then use the Effect Npc, makes your items 100% repair, and durability 100% ^^
