Can you add some rings , cloack , neckless etc at the seller rr 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 And can you add 2 slots from Dragon stuff ( cristal one ) for being usefull

Thought of a few things that would be nice to have! Here is what I thought:
1) Bring back master levels maybe so we can have power of font again?
2) Bring back the thidranki merchant that use to be in cotswold on the old server
3) Lower the cost of legendary orb down from 50 fragments to 20 fragments. (50 fragments takes roughly 25 days or so to get)
